• The person renting/ rental must be at least 22 years old and have a valid driver's license. The driving experience, or the time of the driving experience of the car, we assume a minimum of two years. The necessary documents for the rental include a passport or ID card as well as driver's licenses, the copies of which remain annexes to the rental agreement.
• Payment for the rental service is made from the normal dwarf before the start of the rental period in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer. To confirm the reservation, 20% of the rental price will be paid in advance and the remaining amount will be paid at the beginning of the rental period with the acceptance of the car.
• On all passenger cars, the rental price will also include traffic and comprehensive insurance and VAT.
• The rental price includes a free mileage of 300 km per day, the additional kilometers are priced at 0.10€ per kilometer.
• The rental car deposit (cash) is between 200 and 250€, which depends on the class of the car and the possible cross-border ride. The deposit shall be released in the bank account of the lessee after the end of the rental period, if the lessee has complied correctly with the rental conditions and there are no fine requirements including parking fines, speeding fines, etc.
• The car shall be brought to the agreed place with the customer only by prior agreement.
• The car shall be handed over to the lessee with full fuel tank and clean and the car shall be returned in the same state unless otherwise fixed in the contract. For each missing fuel liter, the tenant must pay 1.50€
• The entry of the additional driver into the contract is normally 10€.
• The minimum rental period tariff is 1 day price. When renting a car with the driver, the minimum tariff is the price of 3 hours.
• GPS surveillance equipment is installed on our cars.
• Bulvar Car Rental Tallinn reserves the right to make changes to the rental prices and the changes in the rental conditions by notifying the lessee.

* Can the rental period be extended without having to come to the rental company? 
Answer:  Yes, we can, we will send an additional invoice to your email upon renewal.

* Can the rental period be extended without having to arrive at the rental company?
Answer:  Yes, the car can be returned in Riga for an extra fee.
