Bulvar’s desire is to make car and minibus rent fast, affordable and comfortable. We offer the convenience of pre-booking child seats and GPS systems.
All of our rental cars are equipped with air conditioning or conditioned, alarm & CD stereo and the map of Estonia. GPS device, child safety seats and roofbox can be ordered as special equipment.
